In any of the supermarkets you will find a trolly/bin after the till where you can LEAVE YOUR PLASTIC. Remember – any soft or filmy plastic cannot be recycled in Ireland at present (March, 2020). Leaving any unwanted plastic in the shop is a way to protest the unnecessary packaging our food often comes in and lets the store know that it is their problem to solve.
